Poppy’s place is a family restaurant serving traditional Italian-American cuisine prepared by Carl F. Pugliese Jr (Poppy).
Carl’s father, Carl F. Pugliese Sr owned and operated a restaurant in Greenwich, CT called The Wedge Hut for about 20 years. During that time Carl was trained in every aspect of restaurant management and in cooking from his father, mother and grandmother.
Poppy’s Place will utilize the values and traditions that made his father’s restaurant successful.
